Black Car Service Policies
1. Booking

You can book online, through our app, or by phone.

Please book in advance to ensure vehicle availability.

A valid credit card is needed to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
-
Cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time to avoid charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the fare.
-
No-shows (if you don’t meet your driver without notice) will be charged 100% of the fare.

3. Wait Time
-
You have a 15-minute grace period for non-airport pickups.
-
After that, wait time fees apply in 15-minute increments.
-
For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of free wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights.

4. Payments

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle, and approved business accounts.

Payment is required at the time of booking or after the trip, depending on your account setup.

5. Passenger Conduct

No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol is allowed in our vehicles.
-
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
-
Our chauffeurs may refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe or disrespectful.

6. Cleaning & Damage

Please help us keep our vehicles clean.

A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies for major spills or damage.

7. Child Seats

We follow all child safety laws.

Please request a child seat in advance if needed, or bring your own.

8. Lost Items

If you leave something behind, contact us right away.

We’ll do our best to return any lost items, but we can’t be responsible for personal belongings.

9. Delays
-
We track flights and traffic to ensure timely service.
-
However, delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.​

10. Privacy

Your information and travel details are always kept private and secure.

Our chauffeurs are trained to respect your confidentiality.
